The problem for many is understanding the body but also how behaviours and habits are closely linked; the decisions and choices we make and the impact that they have. In order to be successful in achieving goals when it comes to fitness then we need to be able to understand the science that governs both.
Here at The Fitness Suite we aim to educate clients by imparting both the procedural (WHAT we need to do) and declarative (WHY we need to do it) knowledge. We have found that when both pieces of the puzzle are fully understood this leads to an intrinsic motivation to continue to achieve.
Fitness is about community. The trainers are also a part of the community and play a very special role in it. It is important to have confidence and to find a basis upon which you can build together.
